Kevin Royer

As the lead singer of Chicago The Tribute–and an ardent, lifelong fan of the music of Chicago–Kevin is deeply connected to the songs he is trusted to deliver to each member of the audience.  He strives to honor this trust by performing every song in a way that captures, conveys and does justice to the essential aspects of the original composition, ranging from the smooth and soaring tenor of Peter Cetera, to the soulful and powerful grit of Terry Kath.

Kevin is also a published singer, musician, songwriter and producer.  His songs have been featured in movies, commercials and over a dozen popular television shows including America’s Next Top Model, Love Island USA and multiple seasons of The Real World, Bad Girls Club and Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Outside of his musical endeavors, Kevin is a California-licensed attorney focusing on complex civil litigation throughout the California State and Federal Courts, with an emphasis on business litigation and commercial disputes.  He is also “Double Bruin,” having earned both his Bachelor of Arts and his Juris Doctor from UCLA in 2009 and 2016, respectively.

Kevin resides in Sacramento, California, with his wife, Elena, and their two (very) large dogs and a relatively dainty monitor lizard named Jorj.
